Jerry's Discount Pharmacy at 2793 Main St, Ingleside, Texas.

I have been going to jerrys pharmacy in aransas pass for a very long time. I've never had any problems with prescriptions nor have I ever been shorted medication from any pharmacy until I started going to jerrys pharmacy in ingleside, tx. I started using jerrys in ingleside a couple of months ago because it was closer to me. My prescription required 120 pills at 4x a day for tumors I have in my spine and lower back, etc... I called the pharmacy truly confident that they would see or at least check for their mistake and give me what they shorted me. Boy, was I wrong. I was told they didn't make any mistake, although they haven't even checked and was told was they get calls like that all the time as if everyone has a drug problem, and I was told that they would give me half of my copay back. I refused the copay because my copay doesn't take away their mistake and will not stop my chronic pain that I have. I called back a few minutes later because I want them to find their mistake. But again I was told, I told u I would give u half of your copay back! Well how about taking the time to check for your mistake. Also if u get calls like that all the time then one of u must have a really bad addiction and taking ppls pills, or nobody knows how to count in that office!! I do not abuse my medication! I am randomly drug tested by the pain Dr I see and when someone or alot of ppl have to call u about u shorting their prescriptions then there is a big problem! I am reporting this pharmacy to the Texas state Board! Ppl shouldn't have to live in more pain because yall screwed up big time on their medication! 28 pills were missing from that bottle! I will also report u to my insurance company so they will no longer use your pharmacy. I worked in the medical field for almost 10yrs. I know how things should be done in these places. If u don't find even look for your mistake then u know there is a problem and has been one.
